Case Studies
Carol & John had lived in their home for many years and purchased a new home. They had tried two other realtors before Anne. Anne consulted then on design, décor, staging and even painting. She referred them to a reasonable painter who stripped the wall paper and repainted a few of the rooms in the house. Along with their existing furniture Carol staged the home with tables, chairs, candles and flowers and finally received two offers within days. The first offer did not work out due to mold in the attic but the second offer came in and although there was mold and the second inspection found radon, Anne was still able to sell their home!
The McLaughlins had a home to sell and although it was cute, it had no garage and Anne knew that there was a lot of competition with garages. Anne strategically suggested putting up a removable car port (a much less expensive alternative to building a garage) so that she could market the home to the other realtors on the multi listing system as having a carport to attract more attention. Once Anne could get more potential agents and their clients through the house they saw just how cute it was and were able to overlook the fact that had no garage! The McLaughlins received two offers immediately!
