After over a year of home being on the market with no offers and trying two other real estate agents we were referred to Anne at RE/MAX to help us sell our home.  Anne showed us how she worked differently than a typical agent and we really felt like she cared about selling our home.  We had a huge increase in showings and Anne stayed in communication with us with HONEST feedback both positive and negative and was able to give us advice on things we could do to enhance how our home showed to potential buyers.  After a few minor improvements and advice about pricing for the market we had 3 offers! The basement is happening also with my new 42 inch plasma and a 600 watt surround system. It is such a nice neighborhood too.
