Buying a home: Whether you’re a first home buyer or a buyer with a home to sell Anne can coordinate with you the best time to buy, how much you will need etc. Willing to sit down and have a consultation before going out and looking at houses to go through Anne’s home buyers guide and educate themselves before making a decision. Building relationships etc
3. Investment Properties: Learning about investing in real estate, rentals, fixing and flipping? New or old to investing Anne can consult investors on short term and long term goals, profits, cash flow for rentals, rental rates etc.
